Refund policy

Grit & Grace Designs Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit, as we have seasonal items and can’t guarantee the items will still be available.

To make a return:

  • Items must be unused/unworn and with merchandise tags
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance, seasonal, or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

  • Edible/consumable products or gift set items

To return a product, send the product back to Grit & Grace Designs via 9406 Milbank Drive, Shreveport, LA 71115, along with proof of purchase and your order number. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
